Project Overview: 

MBM was instructed to deliver a comprehensive structural groundworks and landscaping package to the Montpellier Toilets. The work involved an extensive underpinning, internal floor and external finishes element to bring the toilets to new lease of life.

Client Requirements:

The client required a high level finishes while maintaining public safety and security.

Scope of Works: 

• Underpinning to the front of the building

• New internal ground floor slab

• New step/ramp installation

• New flexi pave path finishes

• New dda compliant handrails

• Extensive drainage installation and repair

Results and Outcome:

The project was completed to a high standard and rejuenvated the working environment for the public. All work was carried out on time and within budget, causing minimal disruption.
